Ted Gudorf, J.D., LL.M.
Ted Gudorf, J.D., LL.M. has the distinction of being the first attorney in Ohio to obtain a Master of Laws degree in estate planning and elder law. He is also one of only 152 Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialists in estate planning, trust and probate law. Ted is a well known public speaker and has made hundreds of presentations throughout the country. He was named an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2010 and 2011. Ted is also an author having co-authored two books, namely, Estate Planning Strategies published in 2010 and For Ohio Doctors published in 2011.
Ted is a graduate of Wright State University (honors) and the University of Dayton School of Law. He obtained his LL.M. from Western New England University School of Law.
Ted is the sole owner of Gudorf Law Group, LLC. He is married to his wife Sandy, and they have two children Daniel and Anneliese. The Gudorfs reside in the north Dayton suburb of Clayton.
Russell Golowin works for Gudorf Law Group as a contract attorney. He obtained his law degree and Master of Laws in Taxation from Capital University Law School. He focuses on Medicaid crisis planning and Veterans’ Benefits planning.
Patty Niswonger, Board Certified Paralegal
Patty Niswonger serves as a Board Certified Paralegal for Gudorf Law Group, LLC. Her primary responsibilities include drafting of legal documents and trust funding. She has been with Gudorf Law Group since January, 2006 and is currently enrolled in Wealth Counsel’s Certified Estate Planning Assistant Program.
