Ted Gudorf, J.D., LL.M.
Founder/Managing Partner, Gudorf Law Group, LLC
Ted Gudorf is the founder and Managing Partner of Gudorf Law Group, LLC, which was established in 1992.
Ted is very well-credentialed. Among his achievements, he has the distinction of being the first attorney in Ohio to obtain a Master of Laws degree in estate planning and elder law. Ted is also one of only 152 Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialists in estate planning, trust and probate law. He was named an Ohio Super Lawyer in 2010 and 2011 and received a Martindale Hubbell® AV Preeminent Rating in 2012. This honor is reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in the United States.
A well-known public speaker, Ted has made hundreds of presentations throughout the country. Ted is also an author, having co-written two books: Estate Planning Strategies: Collective Wisdom, Proven Techniques published in 2008 and For Ohio Doctors: Shedding Light On Asset Protection, Tax and Estate Planning published in 2010.
He is a graduate of Wright State University (honors) and the University of Dayton School of Law and obtained his LL.M. from Western New England University School of Law.

Brian Wiggins, Associate Attorney
Brian Wiggins has been with Gudorf Law Group since 2010. He received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in May 2012. Brian was actively involved at UDSL, most notably as the Business Editor of the University of Dayton Law Review. He also received CALI® Awards for obtaining the highest grades in Contracts, Wills & Trusts, and Constitutional Law courses. In 2005, Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and then spent four years in the financial services industry. Brian’s practice focuses on estate planning, business formation and succession planning, and planned giving strategies.
