Judy Addy, Trust Administration/Probate Paralegal
Judy Addy serves as Trust Administration/Probate paralegal for Gudorf Law Group, LLC. Her primary responsibilities include assisting our clients in dealing with final matters after their loved ones have passed away. This includes the preparation and filing of all probate documents, estate tax returns, and income tax returns. She brings over 30 years of knowledge and experience to the firm.

Beth Barker serves as Marketing Assistant for Gudorf Law Group, LLC. Her primary responsibilities include organizing and hosting client and advisor estate planning seminars. She is also responsible for scheduling speaking engagements and all media contact. Beth has a B.S. in Business Administration. She has been with Gudorf Law Group since January 2009.

Holly Schultz, Elder Law Paralegal
Holly Schultz serves as Elder Law Paralegal for Gudorf Law Group, LLC. Her primary responsibilities include Medicaid crisis cases and Veterans Benefits applications. She is also responsible for drafting and processing deeds and other legal documents. Holly has an A.A. in Legal Assisting and has worked as a paralegal since 2000.

Brian Wiggins, Law Clerk
Brian Wiggins is a candidate to receive his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in May of 2012. He has been actively involved at the University, most notably as the Business Editor of the University of Dayton Law Review. He has received CALI Awards for obtaining the highest grade in Contracts, Wills & Trusts, and Constitutional Law. Prior to law school, Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo in 2005 and worked in the financial services industry for four years. Upon obtaining his law degree, he aims to develop his practice in Dayton focusing on estate planning, business succession planning, and planned giving strategies.
