Attorney Rachael A. Houck joined Gudorf Law in 2018 after nearly fifteen years of practice in respected Columbus, Ohio law firms. She is an alumna of the Michael E. Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University. Rachael’s practice centers around elder law, estate planning, and probate.
Rachael pursued a career in law in order to help people in their time of need, so she gets great satisfaction from spending time with clients, understanding their needs, and helping identify resolutions to their concerns. Many of the clients with whom Rachael works are facing major life transitions, such as the loss of a family member or the need to plan for long-term care for themselves or a loved one. Whatever the nature of their legal issues, she approaches their concerns with diligence and great sensitivity.
Colleagues value Rachael’s attention to detail and organization, as well as her communication skills, all of which serve her well in her chosen practice areas. She is a welcome addition to the Gudorf Law Group team.
A native of Centerville, Ohio and graduate of Alter High School, Rachael is happy to be back in the Dayton area and close to family. When not practicing law, she is active in the community as a volunteer youth soccer coach and as a volunteer at her sons’ school. She also enjoys running and spending time with her four beautiful children and her extended family.
