Elaine Brooks is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant whose practice focuses on estate planning. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families to plan for the future by creating customized estate plans, including probate avoidance, asset protection, business succession planning, legacy and special needs planning.

Elaine earned her undergraduate degree in Accountancy and her law degree from the University of Georgia. Outside of her practice, Elaine enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, three children, and two dogs. She loves to travel and is an avid reader.
