Megan L. Gaskin, J.D.

Attorney Megan Gaskin joined the team at Gudorf Law Group, LLC in 2019 as an associate attorney in the estate planning department. In 2021 she was named Manager of the Estate Planning Department and in 2024 was named Partner. In late 2024 Megan became one of a handful of Ohio attorneys to become a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law.

Megan is a native of Hamersville, OH in rural Brown County. She earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her juris doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law. She is licensed in the State of Ohio and the State of Kentucky.

Her favorite aspect about the practice is the opportunity to collaborate with clients and their advisors to plan for their futures while ensuring their families security. Megan enjoys practicing at GLG because of the firm’s strong emphasis on being client centered in all ways possible. And because the AV rated firm is solely focused on providing top notch estate planning, elder law and estate administration.

When not at work, Megan is involved in her community as a member of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce Women’s Executive Leadership Council. She has also been involved with Wills for Heroes. Megan and her husband Jared live in Dayton.
